1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing, downloading, or using any a cappella from me, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use my products. 2. License Grant -You are purchasing a license to use the files, not ownership of the recordings. -License is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable. -You may use the packs for personal projects, commercial music production, and live performances. 3. Permitted Uses -Incorporate the a cappella files into your own original music. -Modify, chop, or process them in your own projects. -Distribute your finished work commercially, provided the vocals are integrated into a larger composition. 4. Prohibited Uses You may not: -Resell, repackage, share, or redistribute the raw a cappella files in any form. -Plagiarize or directly copy the original lyrics or melodies for use outside of the licensed a cappella audio (e.g.,re-recording, or publishing them as your own original work) -Upload or make the raw files available for free or paid download. -Use them in a way that falsely implies endorsement or collaboration with the original artist. -Use them in any AI dataset, sample library, or sound pack creation. 5. Intellectual Property Rights All a cappella recordings remain the property of Carrie. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. 6. Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once files are delivered, except as required by law. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties Files are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 8. Limitation of Liability I am not responsible for any loss, damage, or legal claims arising from your use or misuse of the a cappella packs. 9. Termination I may revoke your license without notice if you violate these Terms. 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. By purchasing and downloading, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
